An open forecast past its deadline whose result is not yet in has `awaiting: true` and stays open until it settles. An open forecast shows its claim, dates, deadline and settlement rule; its probability, reasoning and sources, and the rest of each story, come with a holder's key. A key comes from [ubik.gold](https://ubik.gold) for a wallet holding 200,000 UBIK, and goes with each request as `Authorization: Bearer `. Each answer says whether it counted, holder, locked or invalid: in the `x-ubik-key` header, or in an MCP result's text. A key may make 60 requests a minute. 85 forecasts: 63 open, 22 settled.
